Internal CRM for Robotics Academy — Vermislab
I designed and developed an internal system to centralize all academic and administrative management of a robotics academy, replacing manual and scattered processes with a single reliable data source.
The Challenge
Management was done with Google Sheets and paper, generating redundant data, inconsistencies, and a huge waste of time on administrative tasks. There was no single source of truth or automated workflows.
The Solution
I built a custom web application that centralizes the management of students, guardians, teachers, classes, payments, and communications. The system automates common tasks like billing, student grouping, notifications, and SEPA direct debit generation, drastically reducing manual work.
